A beautiful, sunny gallery of me and my cousin on a spontaneous trip amongst the sunflowers

Chasing joy and sunlight

This gallery was born of a spontaneous trip that me and my cousin took. It was hot, the sunflowers were at their best, and we made our way into the field to snap some pictures of each other. It was so fun and freeing to feel the air on our skin and be amongst the sunflowers. They're tall, bright, and aren't afraid to take up space. When they're young, they change their course to find the sun. The lessons nature teaches us are abundant, my friend.

There's never a wrong time to celebrate yourself

There simply isn't. You are perfect in this moment, whatever that moment is; in your imperfect humanness. In nature you are perfect. As a self-love coach and photographer, this is my biggest lesson to teach. This is why I choose to do self-love sessions in nature. There is absolutely no denying your beauty while you're feeling the moss beneath your toes or admiring the way each leaf is different.
